Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be satisfied with our products. If you find that the product you received does not meet your expectations, please carefully read the following return and exchange policy.



Return and Exchange Request Period

You may submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the product.

Requests received after 30 days will not be processed. Please inspect the condition of the product as soon as possible after receiving it.



Return and Exchange Conditions

To ensure the resale and safety of the product, returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in new condition.
  • The product must retain its original packaging, instructions, and all included accessories.
  • The product must be free of any damage, stains, or missing parts.
  • In exceptional circumstances (such as shipping damage or product quality issues), photographic proof is required.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product shows obvious signs of use or is missing accessories.



Return/Exchange Process

Before requesting a return/exchange, please email help@llmdevelop.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number;
  • Name and contact number;
  • Shipping address;
  • Reason for request (e.g., item damaged, not as described, or other reasons);
  • Clear photos (including the full product, details, packaging, and shipping documents).

We will respond within 1-2 business days of receiving your email to confirm whether the item is eligible for return/exchange and provide the return address.

Please return the item as soon as possible after confirmation. Shipping costs are your responsibility (unless there is a serious quality issue with the item itself).



Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process a refund within 10 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.



Exchange Instructions

If you require an exchange, please specify "exchange" when requesting an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. The item must be returned first, and we will ship a replacement item after verification. You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items, while we cover the shipping costs for re-shipping.
