Shipping Policy

We are committed to ensuring you receive your desired products as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are detailed instructions regarding shipping, delivery, tracking, and exception handling. Please read these instructions before placing an order to understand the relevant processes and precautions.

Llmdevelop offers free shipping to all customers. (Additional shipping charges for special products or designated areas will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.)



Arrival Time

Most areas are expected to arrive within 7-14 days after shipment. Remote areas, customs, holidays, or force majeure may cause longer delivery times.



Shipping and Processing Time

Once your order has been successfully placed and paid for, we will process and arrange shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Once processing is complete, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number/tracking link to the email address you provided when placing your order.



Address Changes and Order Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us at help@llmdevelop.com as soon as possible after your order is confirmed, specifying the order number and the details of the change.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to assist. Once shipped, you'll need to follow the carrier's procedures (such as interception or return, which may incur additional charges).

Note: Any re-delivery or return costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be your responsibility, unless we confirm the error.



Out-of-stock, Split Shipments, and Delays

If your order is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you by email as soon as possible to provide an estimated restocking time or refund/reshipment options.

If your order contains multiple items and some items require split shipments, we'll explain the split in the shipping notification and provide tracking information.

During peak periods (such as sales, holidays) or in cases of force majeure (such as weather, traffic restrictions, customs inspections, etc.), delivery times may be extended. Please understand.



Lost, Damaged, and Non-Signed-for Process

If your package is lost during delivery or the item you receive is visibly damaged, please email us to help@llmdevelop.com.

Please provide the following information in your email:

  • Order number;
  • Order name and contact number;
  • Delivery address;
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., "Not received/Damaged/Not as described");
  • If the item is damaged or defective, please provide clear photos (packaging, contents, delivery slip, etc.).

We will respond within 1-2 business days after receiving your email and initiate the investigation and claims process with the carrier. If necessary, we will provide you with a refund or reissue.



Special Terms and Disclaimer

We commit to doing our utmost to ensure delivery timeliness and product safety. However, we are not directly responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure, such as third-party carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, and legal changes. In such cases, we will actively cooperate and promptly inform customers of progress.

If additional costs or delivery restrictions are not disclosed in advance for shipping to remote or restricted delivery areas, we will promptly notify the user and provide a solution.
